This is the worst group of medical people I have ever dealt with. The staff is rude, they provide poor service, and seem to have no sense of urgency for emergencies. They tout themselves for being experts in the field of geriatric care but they are quite the opposite. I do not recommend them for anyone who needs care for a senior, homebound family member!
They still blow. They always say go to urgent care. You have to go through a gatekeeper in friggin Michigan. Wouldnt trust them to take care of dead corpse!
