I was just recently a patient for ER Department, Center for Outpatient and Advance Medicine, I want to say that I recieved Outstanding services from ER, the Front Desk Lobby attended, to the registration nurse, the front desk nurse, Dr. Goofry, Dr. Thomas Tung, to my Cpap team, my Anesthesia team Chris Davis and many more, my surgery team, my recovery Mindy, my number one nurse team Dotty, Liz, Mo, and anyone else I may have missed. From check in to check out I experienced patience, care, cmpassion, the best hospitality you can imagine from Barnes Jewish Hospital. They all made me feel like they cared!!! I thank God for Barnes Jewish Hospital. I recommend family, friends, anyone looking for a quality hospital with people that truly care to go to Barnes Jewish Hospital. They All went above and beyond for all my needs!!!
Really hard to get ahold of somebody and I can't stand being on the phone more than 5 minutes with that stupid automated lady saying all customer service representatives are currently assisting other customers please stay on the line and wait for the next available representative every freaking 30 seconds like omg it's annoying after 5-10+ min
