I have been with Dr Buck for about 10 years. She's always ON TIME, professional, informative, and open to any questions and suggestions I may have about my health.
Her staff are a good group, though I think she has some new healthcare workers over her old crew.
I really like Dr. Buck. Some of her front office staff, however, are often very rude and condescending. On multiple occasions, I have tried to call in the morning, well after their office is supposed to be open, and it goes to their after hours exchange.
Very rude, just asking for information on the phone. I would NOT recommend this office. Sad I had to even put one star.
She's a good Dr and I recommend her.
I only put 4 stars, because who LOVES seeing their Dr., right?
She is extremely thorough. I wasn't rushed at all. She asked all the right questions and actually listened to what I had to say. She was also helpful with directing me to a specialist for a specific issue I needed help with. Her staff was friendly and helpful as well.
