I love Dr. Lieu and his staff. Yes, in response to another post, it's hard to get in; welcome to our healthcare system. Good doctors are always busy. However, whenever I have had a problem that needed immediate attention, they are always there for me and find a way to squeeze me in. He's smart and respectful, and his nurse is fantastic.
