Dr. Groesch was highly recommended to us by my spouse's internist when we were looking for a new family doctor. We have not been disappointed. He is very thorough, takes time to talk, and follows up promptly.
Dr Groesch is the best doctor I've ever had. I trust him implicitly ... in this day and age, that speaks volumes. He listens, involves me in his recommendations for treatment and responds as if I were his only patient. Apparently, he treats my fellow reviewers the same way. Don't know how he does it, but so glad he does.
There is a lab right down the hall, so any required testing can be done quickly and conveniently on the same day as your appointment. The office location is central, just off I-64 near Hampton Ave and across the freeway from the Zoo.
He is also progressive in his use of technology for communication, which we very much appreciate. Five stars.

Dr. Groesch is a great doctor. If I was simply rating him, I'd give him 5 stars. Unfortunately his assistant is not good and she is the only person a patient gets to interact with outside of an appointment. She was completely unhelpful when my company switched insurance plans. Rather than finding out the specifics of my new plan, she just blindly said they don't take that type of plan, without knowing anything about it. It was a very frustrating experience.
Been with him since 1997. He is beyond awesome! Very down to earth and he LISTENS and explains. I can't wait for my teenager to be older to switch to him! I've referred many people to him and they are all happy I did. My referrals have referred people to him. He's simply just that wonderful. And yes, he calls people back himself and says, "Hi, it's Scott." If you think of an uptight, know-it-all, I'm-so-important type of doctor, Scott Groesch is the opposite.
