Dr. Young performed a microdisectomy (sp?) on me when pain in my back got to the point where I could not walk, sit, or stand without excruciating pain. I did extensive research and got multiple opinions after cortisone shots failed to alleviate the pain. Surgery was done on an out-patient basis and I was walking within an hour after the surgery. I know others who had similar surgery with other surgeons and did not have the outstanding recovery results that I did.
