I've never had a smooth experience here. The vets are good but they are always overbooked. Routine checkups always take an hour minimum just to get into an exam room. They cost less than most vets but so not worth it. I live 20 minutes from here and my time is precious. 20 minutes there and back, plus 1.5 hours ON AVERAGE, and my day is shot. Ordering off the website is no sure thing either. Bought Heartguard and 10 days later had to contact them that I never received it. Apparently my order went straight to their junk folder. Nice. I'm so done with them. Tried saving money but time is money and I've wasted enough on them.

My daughter and I hurriedly brought our dogs in late Saturday night for apparent poisoning from an unknown substance (most likely mushrooms in my yard). The staff was casual and took their vitals and told us to wait for a vet. We waited about 45 minutes for the vet who briefly examined our dogs and assessed that poisoning was present but unknown and would have to just monitor them for results. I requested that they be given charcoal to absorb the poison and she reluctantly agreed and would monitor for the next few hours. We could pick them up early the next morning. We received a call about 4 am that my dog had died and two hours later the same for my daughter's dog. The care was insufficient; the vet's experience was severely lacking. The attitude was all about collecting the money and not saving the dogs. I do not recommend this business.

The Doctor was quick to push an expensive surgery or out our pug down. He couldn't give us any idea what was wrong, but wanted to push for it anyway. When we took her to our normal get they were able to diagnose the issue immediately without costly procedures. We don't trust this group with the lives of our pets anymore and our Vet suggested this facility has a ton of horror stories coming out of it. Never again.

I highly recommend! I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I was traveling through with my 10 year old German Shepherd and stopped for the night. Soon after going to bed she suddenly began vomiting a huge amount of blood. I did a quick internet search and called them. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and told me to come right in. We were met at the door and immediately placed in a room where the vet and tech got to work on her straight away. Within 45 minutes she had X-rays completed, medication, and a full bag of sub q fluids administered. The vet gave a few different options that I could choose and did everything he could to keep the cost down for me. Thankfully my girl is feeling much better.

1st time I’ve ever left a negative review of a business but for your animals well-being please do not leave them here for pet boarding. We thought our dog would be well taken care of & safe at her vet’s office when we had to be away for a weekend. They brought her out to us (after waiting for over 30 minutes) and our 11 month old potty trained dog was covered in dried urine. The white part of her white & black fur was completely yellow on all 4 legs, under her belly and her tail. Her favorite blanket was handed to us in a sack that was also completely covered in wet & dry urine. A day later her little body was infested with fleas & still is a week later. $20 a day/night seems to good to be true bc it is. Please ask around and find somewhere with a better reputation.
