I had my dog groomed here for the first time about a month ago. The lady I worked with was very friendly, and made sure all of my questions were answered before she started grooming. We left for about an hour, and they gave us a call to tell us she was done, and we could pick her up. When we picked her up, the groomer informed us that she had clipped my dogs nail too short which caused her to bleed, and then proceeded to tell me that it could have all been avoided if I would have gone with nail grinding instead, (like it was my fault my dog was injured). I also noticed my dogs ears and face still had dirt on them, and I paid extra for teeth brushing and breath freshening, but I don't believe I was provided that service given my dogs bad breathe didn't seem any better when I picked her up. The outcome of the grooming was not what I expected, and I don't think I'll be bringing my dog back here again.

Staff had previously been friendly and kind but today I dropped my dog off for her grooming appointment at 12:30. When I arrived they mentioned one of the groomers called in so it may be a little later. The window is 12:30-3:30 so I figured "a little later" would be fine. I showed up at 6pm to find out they hadn't started her cut yet. I had nowhere else to go so I sat there for almost two hours watching other dogs (owners mentioning they dropped their dogs off 3:30 or later) walk out with fresh cuts. I FINALLY was able to take my pup home at 8pm. When I asked about the time they told me again that a groomer called in so they moved my dog to the end of another groomers schedule. The END!! I asked if they could do anything for me since I had to cancel my evening plans due to the wait and they seemed dumbfounded. After a little back and forth, her groomer (with attitude) finally gave me a discount. She did a beautiful job with the cut but 7+ hours is unacceptable! Especially when they are not allowed to let the dogs out to potty!
Friendly and great prices, always find extra savings throughout the store.
