Village Green does not hold up their service offerings outlined within the contract but you will find yourself staying because who likes moving twice?
There is water in my Light Fixture for the 2nd time and is sparking with the light off. I was told it would be looked at tomorrow. I don't have access to the breakers in the apartment, they are in a different part of the building, so I cant even cut the power off to it. You would think Sparks being a fire hazard it would be a high importance.
Our 2.5 month experience has been like being held hostage!!! We've had unresolved maintenance problems and countless broken promises directly with the property management company.
THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL AGENCY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! I HAVE DEALT WITH MANY RENTAL AGENCIES IN THE PAST 10 YEARS (AS I MOVE A LOT FOR WORK) AND THIS ONE REALLY TOPS THE CAKE! ANYTIME YOU CALL THE OFFICE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED OR HAVE QUESTIONS WHETHER IT BE THEIR AGENCY OFFICE OR THE ACTUAL APARTMENT COMPLEX BE PREPARED TO LISTEN TO A RECORDING AND LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A CALL BACK (WHICH YOU WILL BE ONE FOOT IN THE GRAVE BEFORE THAT HAPPENS) IN TERMS OF GETTING ANYTHING FIXED IN YOUR APARTMENT BE PREPARED TO HAVE THEM "SUBMIT" A TICKET AND WAIT ANYWHERE FROM 2-3 WEEKS TO HAVE SOMETHING FIXED!! AS FAR AS THE REFERRAL SCAM THEY PROMOTE (REFER SOMEONE AND GET $300...$150 AFTER THE LEASE IS SIGNED AND THE REST OF THE $150 AFTER THEY HAVE LIVED THERE FOR 6 MONTHS) IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE! YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR $300 AND WHEN YOU INQUIRE ABOUT IT NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON OR HOW TO GET YOU YOUR MONEY!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLIGHTY AGENCY!! YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
