Great realtors, however when the commission is low, so is the the service! Terrible communication skills as we have had to call and call and call to get information that should've been stated immediately. For example, cashiers checks need to be made out to a specific title, they accepted a regular check at first, came back and said they needed 500$, then said they needed a cashiers check instead, ok so we went a got one. They didn't tell us it needed to be made out to a different person so I had to drive to downtown St. Louis with the wrong cashiers check. Had to turn around and get it made out to a different name. This all could've been avoided with a little communication. Very disappointed.
Lizzy Dooley and Kathy Grearson made my wife and my first home purchase a comfortable and educational experience. They put extra motherly love into the support and honestly looked out for us despite our budget being small. I'm very happy we had a multi-person team, rather than a single realtor so their response time was never delayed due to do one being busy. Team Dooley is the best : )
