I order for delivery from the Laclede Ave. location at least 3 times a week, as it is close to my work and they always provide great quality food at a decent price. However, I just received my order a bit ago, and my sandwich is HOT. Now, I understand it is St. Louis in July... but I ordered a Tuna Sandwich with Tomatoes and Cucumbers, and even the Mayo packets were very warm. If i'm paying $12.00 to have a sandwich delivered to me, and tipping $5.00, i expect my Tuna and Mayo to come cold, or at the very least not warm. This has changed my thoughts on Pickleman's, which is sad because they have been a favorite of mine for some time now..
Local place that's open super late for all the college kids. Great food at a reasonable price. One of the best paces in STL for a quick sandwich.
Tasty BBQ Pizza. But the service could be improved. My friend and I both came in and he ordered his pizza, then I ordered my pizza. We both go to sit down and he gets his pizza. I go up and check on mine, and they haven't even put it in the oven yet.15 minutes later I get mine, it is like they cook one pizza at a time. It was just the standard sausage pizza, my friend had the BBQ.

Good food but unreasonable delivery charge. I work in the area and my coworkers and I order from Pickleman's frequently. Today we placed a large order and were charged $22 JUST FOR DELIVERY! I called and spoke with the manager and she said they always charge %15 for delivery (plus tip). I stated that this would make several of us reconsider ordering food from there in the future. Her reply was less than stellar. She said, "Yeah, well sorry!"
