I called yesterday and asked until they are doing test and I was told until 2 pm and that's what is says no their sheet also but I got here at 1:46 and they wouldn't do it because she had too many of them done today so she stopped at 1:30

Absolutely worst health care place I've ever been to. First of all, I went due to a uti where I initially went to walgreens for. Due to me not having insurance at the time because I'm in the middle of changing, it was expensive so Walgreens recommended me coming here ti their Urgent Care. Biggest mistake ever. Never again. First of all, the person sitting at the front desk was on the phone in the middle of a conversation. Second, the lady who checked me in a urgent care was flat out rude. Then comes me with registration. I was told there would be a sliding scale since I don't have insurance. No. Not at all. My total was 8 bucks, even though I lived in the city. I had multiple sources of proof, but none cut it. No, my license id does not have my current address, but you don't have to get a new license id for about every ten years. And no, I don't have any amern bills with my address cause I pay my bills online. But I tried showing her on my phone, didn't cut it. Tried showing her my car insurance, didn't cut it. I thought you guys were supposed to be a social service agency?????? Hopefully I don't get kidney disease. Thanks again

I wish I could say more but I couldn't get a hold of human even after waiting for 20 mins on hold. I need to make appts for everything and couldn't. 20 mins ill never get back.
