pedicure. I have had so many bad nail experiences, but my nails look absolutely amazing. While I was there I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and do a 20 minute facial, and they were so accommodating! This is 100% my new go to place.
I never got a chance to experience this establishment, I am a male who doesn't participate in having my nails and feet done. with that being said I know nothing about the procedures and prices of a Nail Spa, and I wanted to do something Nice for my pregnant girlfriend and pay for her to get her nails and feet done with a foot massage. I called this establishment to get a better understanding of what she would be receiving and at what cost. There were a few Language barriers, which was expected but I was patient and willing to describe everything I wanted to do in detail. Eventually the phone was passed to someone else who I then had to explain my situation to, again. Instead of helping me understand their procedures and pricing after my explanation, the gentleman on the phone told me "Were busy, Can't talk right now" and hung up on me. I was highly disappointed because I chose this place because of their high rating and I was not treated with the customer service I was looking for so because of that I will never do business with this company.

I visited Polished when the salon first opened and decided to give another try. It is very clean (which I always consider since I'm a licensed cosmetologist). However, my last visit wasn't as relaxing as anticipated. I went in for Spa Pedi which I definitely need because I work on my feet 6 days a week. The nail technician seemed "new" on the job and rushed through the process, seemingly, just to complete the service. I was really looking forward to a great massage but she didn't add much pressure and did so really fast. I asked if she could slow down a little and even showed her how to do a deeper massage. She neglected to check the heat of the hot stones before applying it to my leg and accidentally burned me. Very apologetic, she cooled them off before placing against my skin again. The polish was not so neat because she didn't really do a great job clearing the cuticle area beforehand. The owner's wife finished the polishing for me which I appreciate. I will try again but with a more experienced technician.

They have the WORST customer service ever.. And the owner Ann/Amy whatever her name is, is so RUDE. I will NEVER spend another dime there! My nails were done horribly & they didn't want to fix it & she began talking about my issue with another customer. That had absolutely nothing to do with her. This shop is overpriced & has the worst employees. Even before they touched my nails they were rude, I wasn't greeted and I waited for 25 minutes before anyone came to see what I wanted. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
Second visit to this establishment. Complete turnover of staff. A man did my shellac manicure. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the job he did, and also it was uncomfortable being essentially ignored while he talked on and on and on with other co-workers. ---I went back the next day to ask about a refund or re-doing the manicure since the French tips were sloppy and incomplete, and smeared over the clear, inner part. The manager on duty trimmed up the skin around my nails----which was not the problem I was unhappy with after explaining to her----and put on another clear coat. The initial tech who did my nails was present when I returned, and became freaked out and hovered while the manager did her version of a touch-up on my nails.
