Had an appointment at 11 a.m. Texted the stylist at 11:11 a.m. and told her I was there and she said she would be there in a second. Waited until 11:45 a.m. and still hadn’t heard from the stylist, so I left. Terrible customer service. Didn’t call or text to apologize or update me on her status.
