I received a response from the owner. To address the resonse: my purchase was not from the kiosk but none the less I have the product you are selling and want to warn others of the inferior, faulty, overpriced product being sold. I am curious to this owner how would you go about helping me with my issue? Charge me yet again and have me jump through more hoops for yet another replacement just to have it break again in less than a week? The products are very overpriced and the quality just isn't there. I have had two protective screens and twice the protective screen for my s8+ cracked simply from the pressure of my pants while sitting. Also the seal around the edges suck and allow debris under it, which permanently distorts the view on the screen, which like the cracks gets progressively worse in a relatively short amount of time. Like I said I have had two of the protective shields that both cracked after less than a week without ever dropping or any other type of rough treatment and where they really get you is after severely overcharging for their "guaranteed" product that breaks right away they will turn around and charge $10.00 to replace it. I wish I had been better informed about the useless product that I wasted $50 on.
What more can you ask for?
Showed up and the worker was no where to be found. Waited 5 minutes and even called their phone which just rang inside the booth and wasn't forwarded to a cell phone. Left and went elsewhere.

I have used ZAGG for a few years now. I am really impressed with the glass to protect my phone screen. Plus, when I dropped my phone and it cracked, I was able to come to the store and replace it for a small fee. Thanks ZAGG for the peace of mind.

Really great service here. Got one of their new products for my new iPhone. Through some of the chaos of their new shipment, I got the wrong product initially. They were more than friendly on the exchange and were just more than pleasant to deal with. Everyone makes mistakes - everyone does. It's how you deal with it and they were really great on that. And the install of my screen protector was perfect - I usually think I can do that kind of stuff better myself because it's my phone and I likely 'care' more to make it perfect. But they did - they made it perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my devices here.
