The store had everything I was looking for and the associates I reached out to were helpful too.
I went into the store for Cyber Monday for a laptop in particular. I was able to make an informed purchase with help from two associates. It was my first visit to a Best Buy at all and I really liked the experience. The folks there were patient and knew what they're selling.

Called ahead to see if an open-box item was in stock. Dispatcher confirmed that the item was in stock, as did the team when I arrived. After 15 minutes of searching, it was determined that their records were incorrect. The manager chose not to honor the deal as confirmed by his team member and by the dispatcher, despite having non-open-box units not on display. I'd like to give a second star, since the person I worked with was quite nice, but after 45 minutes of driving for nothing, I can say I personally won't be returning, no matter the proposed deal.

Since I walk every day, my daughter bought me an armband which holds your cellphone for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, it was too small for my phone. Two days later I went to Best Buy to get an "even exchange" for an armband that fit my phone. They would NOT allow me to do so stating that I must have the receipt or the debt/credit card it was purchased (although I explained it was a Mother's Day gift & my daughter was in the process of moving). Due to said move, she didn't locate the receipt until today. I promptly went back to Best Buy with the receipt and was informed that they would NOT allow me to exchange the item or obtain a refund (which I never requested) due to their 15 day return policy and the item was discontinued right after my daughter bought it ($35.00 is the price my daughter paid for this arm band which they normally are a lot cheaper). I EXPLAINED THAT I TRIED TO TAKE IT BACK WITHIN THEIR 15 DAYS - TWO DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED IT - BUT I COULD NOT EXCHANGE IT WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I WAS ALSO NEVER TOLD ABOUT A 15-DAY POLICY I'M INCREDULOUS AND DISGUSTED. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A SCAM IN MY LIFE. THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE MANUFACTURER! I TOLD HER BEST BUY SOLD THE ITEM AND IT HAD NOTHING YO DO WITH THE MANUFACTURER. I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING SO RIDICULOUS IN MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO BEST BUY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE I CAN TO STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUT.
Came to look at Samsung watches and they had none to be taken out and handled to see how they worked. Only ones you could see were behind the plastic and were just non functioning displays. Sales associate couldn't answer many questions about them either. Was ready to buy a 250-300$ watch.

Would Love to Work Here!! Did go out to look at a TV. Some young man, did asked if I Need Help and Yes I did... This Young Man K. Is in School & He work's with COMPUTER & TV...K was very (Helpful & was so very Kind ).
