Great customer service, the manager Leo is cool.
Even if you call ahead and remain open with them, they do not take responsibility for their own actions nor do they follow through with their own promises. They should close this location. It is Horrible.

I have been a customer of renter center since they bought out Bestway rent to own. Everything in my house was rent to own form rent-A Center, i did not see the clear picture of how much they value their customer until i began disable. My Sony DVD system got struck by lighting and my insurance co. wanted a price of the system. I call Chris the manger and he promise he will send me a letter to my home stating after a certain length of time there's no longer imformation stored for past customer. I call July 10 i still haven't recieved the letter so i call him last Wed. Iwas told by Chris he never saw mail delivery in a two days he promise he mail me the letter. I still haven't recieved that letter and i want everyone to know that slit smooth talking manger at gravois rent-a-center word isn't face value. I was just not deal with this company but we all need to make public awarness of dishonest companies. I have been a customer since the early until i became disable to work in May 2010.
