The representative that worked with me at this branch told me what I would be charged, then asked "is that right?" Note: this is a RED FLAG for a severely disfunctional/disorganized branch. Do not entrust an organization with personal financial information when they don't even understand what they are supposed to be charging their customers.

Demand that the charge you will be incurred for a rental be put in writing. Otherwise they will attempt to charge you more than what was initially verbalized. If they refuse, consider taking your business elsewhere.

Terrible service, very rude employees. While I was sitting there waiting for a car, I overheard one of the employees say "it just takes one click and it chargers the customer twice". Then the car they gave me had all 4 tires worn down all the way. One of the tires had patches sticking out of it. If I would of drove 1200 miles with my family in that car, that would of been pretty bad. So I refused to take the vehicle once I seen it. They told me I would get a full refund by midnight. It's been 3 weeks and no refund. I called couple times and they said they don't see my name in the system. Then just hangs up the phone. I don't know what to do. Enterprise is the way to go best service ever.

I dropped my rental car off at this location and they made it a breeze to turn in. I was getting my car repaired at a shop right across the road and I had mentioned how convenient the location was to the dealership. It happened to be raining and the gentleman offered to give me a ride across the street instead of me having to walk in the rain. He dropped me off right at my car. Great experience, highly recommended.

Also, my vehicle didn't have working AC, making our drive to Florida during summer unbearable, also adding 3 extra hours to our commute as finding an exchange vehicle proved difficult. From this, I would conclude that even the most basic inspections are neglected by the staff here.

When I got there to pick up vehicle, I thought I reserved the largest vehicle for 6 people. Luckily I was able to upgrade to even larger vehicle. So process was quick and friendly. I was surprised they didn't hit my credit card until the day I returned the vehicle.

I was told I would be charged a specific amount for a rental. A week later they took $150 additional out from my credit card.

Consumer Warning: Bait & Switch

When we picked up the car they stated the car we were renting had a full tank of gas but it only had a half tank and we were not asked to verify it as part of the checkout process. The vehicle had also been in a wreck prior to us picking it up and the representative played it off as it just being scratches. The insurance company renting the vehicle for us extended the rental but after spending all morning trying to call the location to confirm the extension we ended up driving to the location only to wait in line for over an hour for someone to help us.
