Great service, polite & courteous staff. Customer service was fantastic! Pick up and drop off was easy. Perfect downtown location.
"A pick up" is what they do when they come to your site to bring you back to the office to complete the rental transaction. I was concerned that I have enough trunk space to carry a food "hot box" ,and they accommodated my need on that issue. I could not have asked for better service. Hertz might make the site itself more attractive. One might think he/she was in a 'budget' rental space. You can do better on that score, Hertz.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and were very polite. There was a little bit of a wait when I picked up my car, but I arrived early and were some walk-ins ahead of me and a big convention was hosted at the hotel. I think the staff handled things as best they could and short staffing is likely a corporate decision. I would rent from them again.
First you have to pay additional fees because of the location. Next the service is poor there is always delay in services. I have tried this location several times because of the convenient location and each time I have been disappointed with the services.
The staff here was fantastic! They went above and beyond when it came to accommodating our family of six even letting us leave our rental in the parking garage until we needed it early the next morning. It is a little hard to find as it is located down the escalator below street level but the search is worth it!
