Someone answered the phone like they hated their job and then just waited for me to speak. I asked if this was world travels and they said yes and another silence. I never do business with people that make it clear they do not care about the customer.

My husband and I booked a vacation to Riviera Maya, Mexico last year through this company and they were awesome. I'm an unusually demanding,spoiled brat(there I said it!) and they impressed even me. Our travel agent was patient, knowledgeable, and spent the extra time required to custom tailor an an all inclusive package to our needs. I was pleasantly surprised; we had a miniscule budget to work with because we wanted to save tons of money for tours, since there is so much to do in neighboring Cancun(I knew because I'd been there before, but it was my husband's first time, so I wanted him to experience everything the area had to offer).We did an Apple square deal , which is a great way to ensure a 5 star resort at a discounted price...we will be doing business again very soon with World Travel and for the years to come as both my husband and myself are avid travelers.
