The service at travel Haus was exceptional. We had Rachel as our agent and were very satisfied and impressed. While she was not 100% knowledgeable about the tour we took (I.e. she stated we were staying in a castle but it was just on the grounds adjacent, transport to airport was not complimentary with our arrangements but she thought they were) Rachel showed supreme customer service and dedication by giving us a personal ride to and from the airport which more than made up for any confusion. Anyone who reads this please note we were beyond satisfied with our service but just wanted to provide constructive feedback to continue to grow and improve :)
I want to really thank Rachel for working with my wife Becky and doing a wonderful and professional job on putting a trip together for our family to Ireland and Scotland. My wife Becky is very impressed with her promptness and thoughtfulness with all the details about the trip. Rachel spent a lot of extra time arranging the air travel and finding the proper rooms for our family size. We have used Travel Haus for multiple trips in the past are we are always very pleased with their service. I would recommend calling Rachel to setup any travels especially to Europe. Thanks again.
This is our third vacation booking with Travel Haus and it's because of the service! Rachel has helped with countless things such as helping me file a claim for missing luggage, rescheduling excursions while in Mexico and changing resorts. Rachel, in particular, has been amazing through it all. Any time I call, anyone who answers the phone has great customer service. We booked all three vacations to Puerta Vallarta, Excellence Riviera Cancun and Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an Don Pablo. We booked out honeymoon and one-year anniversary as well. I will continue using Travel Haus until we run out of money! Haha!
Mike and his crew took care of all the travel plans and the arrangements for me to propose with horse back riding to the beach. Very impressed by everything travel haus did for us!
My husband and I have been using Travel Haus for years and this past summer we decided to take our entire family on a Mexico vacation. There were 18 people - ranging in age of 8 months to 71!! Our travel and transportation were flawless and our resort fit all of our needs for the wide range of ages we had. I highly recommend Travel Haus!!!
