Thanksgiving Day and the basement is backing up. Quick web search, and winner- Rotorooter does not charge extra for holidays/weekends. Call them. Less than 90 minutes later, Nick@Rotorooter is at my front door. Roots cut out, drain draining, everything done in time for a big Thanksgiving dinner. Additionally, Nick tells me my municipality may cover this fix, or any bigger systemic fix (digging) that may need to be done. He also schedules a free camera for my lines. Great service all around!
Trent was helpful. He came out after regular hours to see why our drain was backing up. He sent a camera through the pipe, I saw 'live' the state of the pipes from inside under the basement floor, out to the street. It was apparent that our old home's pipes are in need of replacement. Looking forward to this major job being over and knowing our plumbing is safe and sound.
Every time I call Roto-Rooter they came right on over and did the job. Nick was a very honest person and he did a wonderful job, I really appreciate his help getting the job done and I would love for him to always come back to my home. he is more than welcome to finish anything that needs to be done with my Kitchen and the drain in the bathroom with the pipes. We were completely satisfied. We were hesitant, at first, to use a place that spends money on advertising and has some degree of overhead associated with that expense. However, in spite of them being a "company", we found the service provider who came to our site to be completely friendly, helpful, and personable, and with a high degree of knowledge and conscientiousness about the job. He provided alternatives and multiple options to choose from, being sensitive to our concerns for cost, but value with regards to quality of work. The worker was EXCELLENT, and so was the initial phone service support staff. While we believe we could have gotten a slightly cheaper option somewhere else, we'd have been waiting much longer, spending time or wasting time, I should say. They were great. They were perfectly priced for the quality rendered. NO complaints! I recommend them highly and would use them again.

The technician(plumber) Chris was courteous, pleasant, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Plus, I was able to use a coupon I had received in the mail.
