It would be nice if they fixed their website so I can see my information after a payment is made. I really don't want to deal with calling customer service every time I have a question or inquiry.
I've had my loan with them about three years now, and my balance from the purchase price has only been decreased by two grand. This is without any extensions, late fees, or anything to alter the loan. When I agreed to the loan, the interest rate provided was much lower on paper than it is now. .
This place needs to be bought out by a better creditor.
