women in the office are extremely rude and ignorant over the phone. if you dont like your job or talking to people then get a different job. never in my life have i had to argue with somebody about my own information or information im wanting on a loan.
We had two car loans with them always nice and helpful.
I Love and appreciate Arrow Finance Company. I got stuck in a title loan and no one else would help me get from under it and It was a horrible situation. AF paid off the loan and took the check to their office! I pay my bill on-time and have established a good record with them! Thank AF
I had a car financed through Arrow and they requested that I have a cosigner because I was a "flight risk" because I had just moved back to Missouri and once I got the car I ran in to a rough patch and lost my job I asked them to come pick up the car because I could not afford it anymore they refused to take the car back then came a repossessed the car about a month later and now 5 years later I am still paying for the car because they issued a garnishment against me and now I am paying 5 times the amount that I owed on the car when they picked it up and when you try and talk to them they NEVER have time for you and they are very rude and talk to you like you are stupid. I would not recommend them to anybody. Worst company ever
The place is the worst loan company ever..PAID OFF LOAN with some late.10 years later still report the late on credit reports.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.WARNING.....
