Its just blah , typical high fashion at high prices, Macy's much the same with better sales ...there in the same blah mall .Galleria used to be exciting and cool ,im shocked this place still exists. Blame Nordstrom for that and the Cheesecake factory.
Management at this store would not be hired at Dollar Tree. Rude, abusive sales people are encouraged to discriminate based on how a customer is dressed. Refused to accept return of a defective 30 dollar item that had proof of purchase. Nordsrom is failing because of this attitude. When I come dressed with my diamonds they treat me better. This is why Nordstrom is failing and cannot even compete with Macys. Go to Neimans or Saks for real service and better products.
Came with girlfriend to purchase dress for her birthday party. Saleswoman was very helpful, seeing up clothing in her dressing room and answering any questions. Left with less money than I came with so overall a successful visit.
This was a great Nordstrom Saint Louis Galleria to shop at, I was actually surprised. They had all their registers open, they are fully stocked, even in the produce section. The store is clean and spacious, and they have good clearance sections. They have the new tall smaller baskets that are easier to maneuver around and provider less congestion in aisles, I appreciate that.
I bought a suit for my wedding from Nordstrom, as well as got alterations done. Unfortunately, my pants ripped from having too good of a time during the wedding. After discussing repair options, it was deemed the best course of action was to replace the suit entirely. This was done at not extra cost to me, and shipped directly to my house. If this doesn't solidify folks as a lifetime customer, I don't know what does. Huge thanks to the menswear department for making the process easy and productive.
