Great place to shop in the city, watch out for sales that say one thing but ring up at the register completely different.
The jewelry staff is not educated on the product. Items are put on display that are not in the sale flyer. Jewerly items are in the wrong display and they will not honor the display price. The selection is subpar in comparison to south county or west county.
I love JC Penney, and this one is nice. It is a bit on the small side and doesn't have a large selection as a result.
