I think they do a great job in reasonable time and at reasonable cost.
Edit: My girlfriend said the car looked REALLY nice, so I added a star.
Just not worth your time or money. Expect literally twice whatever your estimated wait time is. I have no issue with the management or employees, they did the best they could with heavy traffic. The business model is the issue. It is silly to charge $60 for what was provided, no cost estimate was provided until after my car was taken. As I drove away I noticed easily removable marks on the dash.
Definitely the shity car wash payed 35 dollars for nothing never going back agian horrible service the guy didn't even will the inside of my car or vacuum good
I have been twice now, and my car is never thoroughly clean, even though I pay for all the bells and whistles. Won't be going back.
First experience with Waterway. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. I received the Full Service package and am happy with how it turned out. Always nice to have a clean car inside & out. Will likely return.
