Great service, John the manager is a person who gives his all he can service & effort to his customers and staff. I have been coming to Concord Car Wash for years and will continue to do so.
Took outs car there for wash and wax. Looks show room new. Now. They did a great job Trisha did a great job waxing it.
Best place that I know of to get a car wash. Comes out cleaner than any other place in STL metro. They don't always do a great job on the windows. Look for that.
What did they actually do other than wet it down? My dash is dusty, my windows weren't touched, and running my fingers along my car still dirty. Loss of money & time.
I've been a regular customer for a year now. Took my vehicle there yesterday, and the people who supposedly cleaned it where nowhere to be found. I bought the $32 platinum wash--and the cup holders had not been touched, the emergency brake basin, and bugs were prominently still on the front of my vehicle. The folks walked off when they saw me looking for help. I believe they knew they did a poor job. I called there today and the receptionist told me to "come back in." No, I'm not driving there. I left a phone message for the manager, John, who was supposed to have called this afternoon. But, I haven't heard from them. Concord needs to refund my money ... and, now.
