Management customer service, one word: terrible. The service that Ryan provided to myself and 2 of my friends was incredibly rude and quite surprising, as he is the manager of the establishment.

Fun night life. Find ourselves here frequently late. Drink prices comparable to the neighborhood & people are fun.

Over-hyped food in the reviews. The fries are awful, they hand cut fries that are barely crispy. The wait staff couldn't recommend anything because they were 'vegan'. The burgers chutney was a sloppy mess. This places burgers are slightly above Wendies hamburgers in quality but not by much. Bar service seems fantastic.

Food was great. Cheap eats. Server was cool. Atmosphere was cool.

Let me start out by saying that the food here is good and the quality of it is great. The staff here is very friendly and sweet. Now the problem. Two stars is me giving them the benefit of doubt. It is a little on the pricey side which isn't too bad. The music however is completely obnoxious. If you want to actually have a conversation with whoever you go with you can just forget about it. By the time we left our ears were ringing from how loud it was. It was only 2:30 in the afternoon and there were tons of drunk people there. There were having a birthday party and dancing and yelling the whole time. I don't know if it was because we were here on a game day or if it is always like that. The bathrooms are terribly lit and you can barely see while you are in a stall. All in all it was ridiculous. Defintely will not be going again.

The fact that we were thrown out of this establishment instead of being served with great customer service, is just completely out of line. I have been there multiple times during the day and night and have always enjoyed my experience. Due to my service today, I will NEVER go back there! I do hope that as the owner Stephen addresses this issue, but until then I do NOT recommend this establishment!!

As I stepped in, and simply asked was he the manager and could he just do this for her, he said he would not allow it and that the restaurant does not do "taste testing" and then chose to no longer compensate my meal either. I then did get upset and did curse because I was NOT happy at how we were being treated! He then proceeded to say that he will not serve any of us and that we could leave the restaurant.

I am a frequent customer of Wheelhouse and thought highly of this restaurant, until this past Sunday. We went in to get brunch, and sat with a new waitress who was not aware of all of the rules or items on the menu, which is fine because she is new and she was very nice! I ordered the veggie omelet and added a meat, chorizo, which I wasn’t quite sure that it would come out how it did in kind of a soup form, nor was it explained to me as such. I politely asked the waitress if I could send it back and just get regular crumbled sausage, which she said would be fine and apologized for the confusion. Ryan came out to our table with my plate in hand, explaining that what the waitress informed us about modifying meals was incorrect, but that he would compensate this one time due to misinformation.

My friend then proceeded to tell him that she didn’t like the goat cheese that came with her omelet and asked could she have another one made without the cheese. As she has never been to the restaurant and simply went off recommendations. Ryan responded to her rudely saying that wasn’t his problem that she didn’t like it and that he would not replace it for her because she knew what came on the omelet. He told her she would have to purchase another meal if she wanted something else. As a MANAGER, his remarks were unacceptable with an unnecessary attitude! I stepped in to calmly rectify the situation, so that we could all be satisfied customers, as I have NEVER received service such as this from a manager of an establishment. I initially did not have an attitude with Ryan, I simply just wanted my friend to be served properly as this was her first time being at Wheelhouse.
