No one under 21 is allowed, which I feel is unfortunate because I think some kids and teens would like it here. Oh well; there's also Sports Fusion in Chesterfield.

Meh. I liked it. It's pretty fun for a Friday night with friends. People basically go here to play video games and drink. Sound like you're living room? Did I mention there's music playing from a stereo?

There was a surprisingly wide drink selection, and the staff was more than helpful and attentive. I would recommend this place for a casual outing with a company, and I would more than recommend this for a fun night out with friends. The Start Bar is where its at!!

I've been here twice and both times were a blast. The service was great despite how busy they were. The games were a blast. The prices were, all things considered, very fair. The drink selection is impressive. I very rarely come across a bar with my favorite whiskeys and this one had multiples. You won't regret, at the very least, checking this place out.

The second time I went (on a Friday), they said the dress code excludes flip flops, which I was wearing. I ended up getting let in anyway, but I advise against wearing flip flops when you go, at least on the weekends.

We had a company outing last Friday for about 30 people and it was an awesome experience. We had food Catered by the Start Bar, and the Manager worked with us on specializing what we wanted. We rented out the upstairs loft area, which was stocked with a ton of console gaming systems old and new. There were tons of arcade styled games, as well as corn hole for us to play outside.

I think they changed the pizza recipe, and while I like that they have more topping options, it's not as good as I remember it being on my first visit. This is just my opinion though; I'm more into Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Start Bar's pizza

I stopped in on a whim with my girlfriend on a Sunday night. It was immediately apparent that everyone there was there for a REAL GOOD TIME. We were visiting from out of town and had a blast! The drinks were affordable and delicious, with friendly enthusiastic service. The machines were all on free play, but a couple didn't work. Not a big deal because there were so many options. My girlfriend still talks about Start Bar all the time.

Very noisy, but if you're into loud music, that shouldn't be a problem. Arcade and pinball selections are okay. Not great but still good. They have what used to be a secret room with various video game themes on the walls as well as a cute little fireplace. You can play video game consoles there for an hour if you pay $50 through either an open tab or upfront.
