2nd time going and both occasions Big White Santa Claus/ Owner gives me and my group the stare down seem to be because of our skin color felt very uncomfortable and unwanted. 1st occasion he simply stop us at the door and said nope were closed a hour before closing time while others sat at bar and played pool.. I knew it was real because the bar tender came out behind us and apologized for his behavior.. Quoting he's just drunk right now and not racist.. Yea ok
Best sports bar in South St. Louis. Great place for tradesmen to socialize. Standard bar fare, done well. Free popcorn. Busch on Tap!
Cheap food and drinks. Lots of games. But walking inside is depressing and reminds you to control your drinking so you don’t end up an alcoholic. Good place to stop quick or chill outside on a sunny day, but nothing phenomenal.
Great atmosphere. Games and tv's galore. Two outside patios, 1 covered. 3 indoor rooms. It's the bar that never ends. Cash only!!! Atm in main bar room. Food is bar food, nothing special but cooked fresh and served hot.
Staff is great but the OWNERSHIP (new and old) is CHEAP, LAZY & DOESN'T CARE about anything but their bottom line. The food continues to go downhill, the building maintenance is poor, ownership doesn't staff enough waitresses and forces one bartender to cover the bar and three other rooms. It's unfair to the bartenders and the patrons. Change things or continue to lose more business.
