I’m here at the ST Louis Airport location and am in disbelieve ofthe lack of competence of the waitress. Now I must say, I don’t expect a whole lot from a waiter or waitress but I don’t think it’s too hard to submit an order that a customer placed. Our waitress told us “it will be a few more minutes.” Of course I took her word for it as she is handling my food. Then she tells my wife and I that she is going on a 30 minute break and transferred our order to another waitress. Great, now I ask the new waitress what is taking so long, she then goes back to the kitchen to see, comes back out to ask my wife what kind of cheese she would like. Right there, that tells us that the order was no placed. While all of this took place I watch four (4) separate individuals walk in, sit down, order food, receive food, eat food and drink, pay, get change, and leave. GET IT TOGETHER.

This place is literally sensational! They really outdid them self by building this place inside of ballpark village!!! Just had the St Louis Brisket sandwich and it was stellar delicious! The wife had shrimp Alfredo pasta which was so unreal good can't put into words!!! Our little one had the BBQ rib bites that were so succulent and falling off the fork!!! Superior customer service with a kick ass and friendly staff!!! The manager even came up to ask how things were and took plates away! Even the buss boy took plates just by walking by!!! Very impressed by this place!!! Coming back for sure!!!

This place was an experience! Fantastic service and great food. Definitely planning a date night here.

I usually love this place and have always had great experiences here. I've been going Ballpark Village open but I don't think I'll be returning after last night at Brew House. Our table ordered a bunch of shots but didn't finish them right away, we were standing up next to the table and the cocktail waitress came over and took all of them away. When we saw, we went over to the bartender and asked him about it, we were really only concerned since they are rather expensive. He said he didn't see it happen and she probably didn't realize, which is fair enough since we should have been paying more attention. After that, when we saw her, my friend asked her about it and she said they were empty and that we must of been confused because we already took them. Which neither of us were even close to being drunk where we would of forgotten but we weren't super concerned because it was probably just an accident and like I said, we should of paid more attention to what the waitress was picking up. After that though, my friend and I were laughing to each other on the dance floor and the waitress actually came over to us and said she knew that we were taking about her and was extremely rude. Both of us were kind of taken back because it was very loud and I'm not even sure how it could of been perceived as us talking about her. Even if we were though, I've never been approached like that and it was very unprofessional. I went over and just said that we weren't talking about her but that we would be using the other bar instead and would not be tipping her, she said okay and that was it. As we were over at the other bar, security came and said that she reported that we were harassing her and that we needed to leave. The whole situation was completely bizarre to us. The security personnel did apologize and say that they had to unfortunately act no matter what since she, as an employee reported harassment. I would like to say that they handled the situation really well and were very apologetic but I'm just so shocked that one of the employees would be so forward and rude to customers over something as small as a misunderstanding over drinks. I've only ever encountered great employees at Ballpark Village, but she left so much of an impression that this won't be my go-to spot anymore.

The food is lackluster, small portions for the prices they're charging and what food I did get was either over or under cooked. The service wasn't the best, we ordered three of the same thing with different sides but instead we got one sandwich he thought we were going to share and to make things worse we were charged for four sandwiches since he put two chicken breasts in one sandwich when he thought we were sharing. The least I can say is the fries were decent.
