I have given this place 3 chances. Today was the last. 4 cars ahead of me in drive through, there when I drove up. Took 25 minutes to get up to the window. Extremely slow service. And at the W. Florissant location you are trapped in the drive through, no way to pull out when it is taking so long. I will never return. To many other places to buy doughnuts.
Great place for a warm donuts price is not to bad always cheaper to buy glazed by the dozen
Great doughnuts. People tend to go through the drive through because it's easier but going in can get you a free doughnut!
The workers were all very friendly considering the riduculous amount of traffic.
I'll try them again and see how it goes. I'm sure it will be better.
Donuts are often dry & hard. One time I ordered a dozen glazed & when I got home the glaze was almost nonexistent & these donuts were so hard. Even when the "Hot Donuts Now" sign is lit, you'll still have difficulty receiving hot donuts.
I happened to go hear when they had a special sale. Not a good representation.
It took 2 hours to get through.
