Great date night! Super fun, great laid back atmosphere. You can learn loads about pottery or just make a mess with clay, either way it is fun.
As an artist in residence here this summer I may be a bit biased but the summer camps and classes they offer are fun and the owners of the studio are two of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Had a great "date night" with the wife. We did a 4hr clay throwing session. Our first time. Very knowledgeable owner. We eachmade 2 cups. Had a blast! BYOB! We had our cooler and a few snacks! Can't wait to go back. We get to pick up our clay cups in a couple of weeks after they're fired. I highly recommend taking a night out and trying this.
