Definitely make sure you have an appointment. I went in for a walk in once and was told there was a two hour wait.
I was referred to Bridgette by my coworker who spoke highly of her gel manicure ( which lasts for 2-3 weeks) I went during my lunch break and Bridgette was awesome!!! She gave me the best manicure I have ever had. She did an amazing job on my cuticles and my gel mani looks awesome! Bridgette is personable and professional. She was ready for me as soon as I walked in for my appointment and got me out quickly. I highly recommend her!
I know that it takes time to do a quality job, and I wouldn't be upset if that is what happened. However, my fingernails are still rough around the edges from being filed, and there is nail polish all over my fingers and toes outside of the nail.
Once it got started, the technician was obviously in a hurry, and did a haphazard job on filing and buffing my fingernails. She also had to completely redo the polish on both of my big toes because she had messed both of them up.
To get right to the point, the spa is understaffed and overly ambitious with their time estimates. This is not the first time I have come in and had a rush job done on my nails. I am sure they do a better job when they aren't so busy, but I have been a handful of different times, on different days of the week and during different parts of the day, and it always seems like they are rushing.
I really wanted to give them a chance. Most of the staff are friendly, and know what they are doing. However, almost every time I have been in, even when I had made a reservation, I have had to wait for at least 20 minutes to be seen, if not more. Today for example, I had an appointment for 4:45. I was there a few minutes early. I did not get seated for about 25 minutes, and once I made it to a chair, I was waiting for another 10-15 for someone to actually get started on my mani/pedi.
Bridgette is amazing! Very skilled techs with great service. This place is busy for a reason!
Professional work, friendly employees, EXCELLENT pedi, they speak English AND don't talk over yoUr head in their native tongue
Mary and Tran have done my nails for 14 years. They do an excellent job and are great people.
Once the pedicure was finally finished (over an hour after I had walked in), I was moved to a station for my manicure to finally begin. The technician refiled and rebuffed all of my fingernails, once she finally inspected her previous work. Overall, the entire process of getting a pedicure and a gel manicure took about 2 hours from the time I walked in the door to the time I paid and left.
