Pietro's is a diamond in the many Italian restaurants that are in the St. Louis area around the "hill' area. It has a great atmosphere inside and out. The service is impeccable and the owners are always there. A rarity in this day and age. The food is great and abundant and pricing is on the moderate side of Italian restaurants. The veal is superb and the combo appetizer plate is great. Get the chef salad also and ask if you can get a small one as a dinner salad
