Didn't know the post office doesn't offer tape for you to send packages. First lady was like you need to buy tape, we can't help you. The second lady assisted me with what I needed to do to return items with a postage paid preprinted sticker. It could have been a frustrating venture but the second associate was a big help understanding that some people are unaware of the rules. Thank you thank u thank u
Typical post office. You can usually get in and out of here pretty quickly
This post office is terrible. Not only do we not receive important mail like utility bills, but we also have had problems with packages being returned to us when there is sufficient postage and the item being shipped destroyed. The staff. Is also rude and inconsiderate.

I have been given the run-a-round by 1-800 headquarters blaming my local Affton branch Post office several times for delivery delays!! Today I called and found a delightful, very friendly, helpful staff member who finally told me the straight truth, and updated me on the status of my now delayed 3 day package by tomorrow. She was very polite, and reassured me that it would be delayed no longer!
