They employees were completely professional and despite being late in the day, cheerfully. The facility was very clean and bright. There was plenty of parking, despite it being located near downtown. The location was easy to get to from highway and easy to find from the street.
Well......i guess....main prob.....went in for a "sore" knee....tried expressing.....in my non professional opinion that this knee problem seemed to me like more than just being sore....made a pop or clunk on almost every bend.....i could not even close fully straighten...swollen...of course xrays came back normal...and not to mention i had dislocated it or the knee cap earlier in the day
I went there for drug testing for my job and the lady I worked with had an attitude out of this world and then told me I had to retake the test! Then they violated my privacy by standing in the restroom with me. I’ve never had this happen to me ever before but then again I didn’t have to deal with this company
The facilities are clean and modern, the staff are professional and courteous. The wait time is about that of your typical office visit. I was pleased with the service I received.
..hmmm.....this seems awefully similiar to the shoulder problem i had 25 years ago
They were friendly, curtious. Had to get a dot physical at last min. They were understanding about time frame. Got a dot physical out the door within 2 hrs.
...can we do mri??... Felt like i was not listened to....i told them the pain on a scale of 1 to 10 was.....a 20....i have veey high tolerence for pain...decided to go to a orthopedic doc....within 4 min of him looking at the doc says....yup....im 95% sure u have torn meniscus....and after mri......guess wat.....yup...not blaming or pointing finger anywhere....im sure regulations and restrictions are partly to blame....just my ecperience....all staff very helpfull and personable....including the doc too....just saying mayb his knowledge of my knee wasnt the best and that he had guidlines to follow....its all good....
..was given a brace...next apt was set up 2 days later....of course no change....matter of fact doc didnt even look at it...on the 2nd apt...scheduled another apt....uhhhh
