We tried using ParkWhiz and were told by the attendant that we should scan our code when we get to the exit when we leave. When we scanned it to leave, it told us invalid code and we had to pay the lost ticket fee of $20. On top of the $6.36 ParkWhiz charged us. The attendants need to know how to use their service
They canceled there early bird special on cardinal day games. The worst part about this is you can't see the sign telling you this until you are already at the ticket gate, so there is no way to turn around and go somewhere else.
