Great place to meditate, take a walk with your bestest gal or just watch the sunrise or set. Completely peaceful place!
Beautiful park built around this old water tower and reserve. Opens every month for the full moon, haven't made it up yet, but maybe next month.
Oh my gosh if you can do the hundred ninety eight steps to get to the top it has better views of the city than the arch.
