the ladies working at window 3&4 are very nice. Those securities are nice and efficient. I just have some reservation for window 1.
And I really wish they were a bit easier to get a hold of, I've been trying to contact them through their site, and phone lines for the past four days and no one has been available. And I couldn't find an e-mail for them to save my life. If anyone has an e-mail address for them it would be greatly appreciated.
The lady I dealt with the first time was very condescending and rude.
Rude! No one is available to speak to over the phone and callbacks are not returned in a timely manner.
