This experience has been awful from the get go. Dan said he was my attorney got passed off to Trent in Illinois office, who then left the company for some reason. Gave me Ken as my attorney whom is never available. When you call and ask for Ken you get Ashley Cheryl or Rick. Rick has to be one of the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. They seem to forget I hired them. They work for me. Dan who shook my hand the day I met him and said we would be good friends by the end of this is a liar. Friends stay in contact return calls and definitely don't treat people the way he does. They have made sure to make them money the Dr's they send you to gets there cut and you get put on hold and have to suffer again in the end. They have sent me two statements about my settlement the second for more than the first. Which was the only good thing but now I'm hearing they might have made a mistake and missed bills. Wow here we go again more waiting and dealing with rude Rick who isn't even my attorney.
The office staff is always helpful and I am delighted with the outcome of my accident and injury case.

Called about a consultation for a personal injury suit for hospital bills inflicted on me by an ex boyfriend. He immediately said he couldn't take the case and I asked why and he said he didn't want to get into the nuances of our relationship and that generally these are hard cases to win and he got off the phone. I called him back and said I was just wanting to ask what aspect makes it a difficult case to win so I know if this is even something worth pursuing. He lazily and rudely told me that he already said he wouldn't take the case, and when I said I just wanted to know for future reference and because I'm young and don't know much about the law in that sense he said "I'm getting off the phone". I told him he was being incredibly rude to me for just inquiring and that I'm writing a poor review and he laughed and said "I can see why your boyfriend did what he did to you."
Dan Brown was very clear and accurate while explaining the process and what all was to be expected. He made it convenient by coming to our home because out vehicle was totalled.
