False advertising- "Free Soap Mon-Thurs 8A-8P" when I asked someone who was here they said "Oh they leave at 6". Incident report for false advertising with the BBB.
So I guess all this was to be expected.
Washer ate my quarters and the attendant didn't have access to replace them. Told me to come back early before work.
The biggest priority before work isn't going out of my way for $.75 but it is my $.75 and it would be nice to be replaced at the time.
The attendant should have access to this for customer service.
The place wasn't very clean and regulars in there told me that washers and dryers malfunction regularly.
Used Wash U in the past and very satisfied with facility, but today the place was dirty & reaked of urine. Nest the front washers the smell was not as bad, but by the rear entrance it was strong VERY disappointed
Good sized laundromat cheaper to use than motels & able to wash more per load. Drinks & snacks vending machine, TV's & even a pinball machine to keep you occupied as you wait.
you can do laundry here. the dryers are hot
Only reason I went is because they were open late.
