Well-lit and clean, everything in working order. HOWEVER, very expensive. There is no price information online, nor is there anything that tells whether they have a cc/dc machine. They do not. Washers start at $2 a load, and dryers are $0.25 for 7mins, and that applies to all sized dryers. Their large load washers start at $6. I had not anticipated spending $40 here (7 loads worth), and I'm hoping this information will help others to not make the same mistake I did.
If you had asked me to give a review 3 weeks ago, it would have been 5 stars for sure. The place is clean, the customers are nice and keep to themselves, and there's usually plenty of open machines.
Usually very clean and abundance of different size washers and dryers.
Pricey. No attendant on duty. Good equipment.
However, the past 2 times I've been here, I've had problems. The first problem happened when some of the wall dryers weren't marked as out of order. We put our clothes, and our money, in the machines and then no matter what button we pushed, they wouldn't run. We ended losing about $5 and spent the rest of our time here warning other folks to avoid the machines too. That problem seems to have been corrected, because they have new dryers now, but we're still out the $5.
The part that stinks is there's an attendant window with a sign saying 'no attendant on duty'. It just really would have been nice to have a worker who could have helped us with our problems so we wouldn't be out $10. I'll keep coming here because I feel safe and it's clean, but I sure hope they work the bugs out soon so I don't lose anymore money.
They have 3 huge washing machines for blankets, comforters,etc. I live in Columbia, I'll., & drive to .Mo to do my wash.
Fast forward to today and we're drying clothes again, everything is great, then the power blips off for a split second. When it came back on, all the time we had left on our dryers was gone. We had just started them! So now we're out another $5! If I keep losing $5 everytime I come here, I'm gonna go broke sooner rather than later!
