Worked as a subcontractor or foreman as he told his customers. I guess so he could get away without paying. Im having to put a lien on his customers house just to get paid. Good luck everyone please do your research first.

I am a contractor in Columbia, Mo. I had the privilege of doing a roof for Klein Developments and painting the inside of the house for him! We literally met 2 times! The work was done on time as I said it would be and he paid me every penny of almost 10k worth of work! Very professional and dependable considering we are a distance away from one another! I trust him more then the shady contractors in Columbia, Mo. If someone didn't get paid as a foreman or contractor then that usually always means you did not hold up to your abilities as a professional on a job site, period! Way to many fake contractors and supposedly experienced workers out there! It's to bad because a lot of people could have great jobs, they just will not produce! Klein Developments is a company that I trust and will always do business with, thanks for being honest and dependable!
