I received excellent service in an expedited fashion. Brian was attentive to my needs, and the staff made my experience an awesome one by understanding and catering to my out of the ordinary request.
I have never been disappointed with the value of the arrangement I have purchased. The only thing better is the look on the face of the person who received it.
I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday via phone. EXCELLENT customer service. He asked me what I'd like (of course I had no idea). So then he asked me questions about my friend in order to create an arrangement especially for her. He also asked me my budget, which was awesome. Instead of getting my hopes up on an arrangement I couldn't afford, they crafted one I could afford! My friend LOVED her arrangement, and my wallet wasn't drained. What's even better is she said the flowers lasted a long time!
I recommend this shop to everyone I know and look forward to my next flower purchase with them.

Granted, I am not the most interesting man in the world, but I know what I like. What I have grown to like the most is that I can rely on them to be my Subject Matter Expert when it comes to flower arrangements. With all of the decisions I have to make on a daily basis, it is nice to be able to rely on their expertise and creativity.
Claire and the entire staff at Alex Waldbart Florist are wonderful! She made my wedding dreams come true. Claire met with me several times during the planning process, offering me great advice and making sure she knew exactly what I wanted. On wedding day the flowers were magical, my guests were so impressed with how beautiful and unique each arrangement was...... the bouquets were AMAZING. They are really the best, I will recommend every bride to them and return to their store for any and all of my floral needs!!
I am in the green industry and doing business with Waldbart Florist is never short of fantastic. The groups ability to present arrangements or create exotic displays is the best in Stl.
We did my daughters' wedding flowers with them, a yellow theme. Never in my life have I seen such creativity with arrangements, table settings, the church, bridesmaids & groomsmen.
