Rude dental hygienists who have no problem discussing your dental issues in front of other staff members. I was shamed and humiliated during my visits and afterwards by other staff members. I also was lied to when discussing the cost of a deep cleaning. They claimed they talked to my insurance about covering it and they hadn't.
I think this is a great doctor's office, if you can get pass the rude medical assistants and nurses. The dentists are fabulous, but please understand you must develop a thick skin in order to deal with the nurses. I called back there today, to double check on what insurance they accept, since it is open enrollment period with my employer. I was very polite to the assistant who answered the phone, but as usual I had to get a smart remark back. After telling me what insurance they accepted, I said "Thank you", and the assistant decided she needed to volunteer more information, and said very sarcastically, "I mean, you can call around until you are blue in the face, you are not going to know what dentist your insurance accepts until you look at the list they give you" Thank you smart aleck nurse lady! :)
