Purchased a Calvin Klein suit and shirt for $300 compared to $750 at The Men's Warehouse. Dana in the men's section was more than knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I would recommend for suit shopping on a budget.
I just wanted to say, you lost a sale today. I stood literally for 5-10 minutes at the counter in front of your sales worker. She was finishing up on someones order before me after they left. I get that she needs to finish up. She had to replace the tape, then she decides to do some other things. She knows I am standing there and not one time did she look up and address me. Just ignored me. Good customer service starts by looking at customers and saying, "I will be right with you." I am not in desperate need of attention but I thought it was ridiculous that I stood that long without her saying anything, looking up at me, or motioning that she had to take care of things. Tell me to go to another line for crying out loud. I laid my stuff down and walked out the door. Good customer service is vital for stores to be successful .
Got an item a little bit ago for an event that had been canceled now. I tossed my reciept not thinking I'd need it anymore but now that the event is canceled I wanted to return or exchange the item and even though it still has all the tags on it the company wont even EXCHANGE my item. I probly wont shop at this company anymore there are plenty of other cute places to shop that have an easy exchange system. FORGET THIS PLACE.
