The staff at the outpatient surgery center were top-notch! Not only walked me thru my procedure but took the time to keep my wife appraised of everything and even calling her on the room phone once they put me down for anesthesia and again when they took me to the recovery room so she wouldn't have to worry. And since we drove two hours away for this procedure and they knew we were staying in a motel they filled my prescriptions so I would have them when I walked out. I would give them 10 stars if able! Thank you for the excellent care especially after finding out your were shorthanded 3 people that day!
My brother went there after he had a seizure. He was sleep and the nurse asked me if she could get a urine sample... Sure I'll step out why you do what you do... That's not what she meant... She was literally asking if she could get a urine sample. Um, idk can you? You should know your own skill set... Then... I had to leave to take my niece home and left my number for the nurse to call me if he wakes up while I was gone. Then.. I came back they gave him an IV that they said would last an hour and around 9pm he was still sleep. I checked in at the nurses station made sure they had my number again and told them I would be there in the morning but they have my number if they need to reach me. Showed up this morning to find they discharged him at 2am and couldn't give me any other info. My brother had brain damage from an accident earlier this year... And they discharged him with no clothes, no shoes, no anything BECAUSE I HAD HIS STUFF! Then after I tracked my brother down he said the nurse told him they didn't have my number or anyway to contact anyone.... So they called him an Uber and sent him on his way. Would not recommend this hospital.
September 18, 2017- This hospital is very clean and tidy. The staff seem to be meticulous about the care they give to patients.
