If I could go lower than one star, I most definitely would. Let's talk about how "Briantae" (one of their stylists) made a Facebook advertisement for hair specials she offered, but in the end she played me all the way around. She told me she could do my hair less than a week before (Appointment date: 05/17/2017) which was perfect. I bought the hair, was told how much her services would be, checked in to make sure we were still good to go the day before, and everything seemed legit. Wednesday comes, and I caught a flat leaving work (12min away from the shop) and I IMMEDIATELY called/texted/Facebook messaged her to let her know the situation, and I never got a response. About an hour later (6pm) I continuously try to contact her, and she acknowledged my Facebook message, but didn't respond. If you KNEW that my appointment would be canceled, why wouldn't you just be PROFESSIONAL and say so? Instead, she ignored me and wasted my damn time. I hate to give the shop such a bad rating for ONE extremely unprofessional employee, but she makes the entire shop look bad.
